Full refund, no questions asked, if you email us within 7 days of purchase. You're also entitled to a full refund if we never deliver your report.

$99/month plan

No refund for a billing month once we've started work on it. Work starts when we begin your profile audit, usually within 1 business day of receiving Manager access. If you're charged twice by mistake, or we fail to start work on a month you paid for, email us and we'll sort it out case by case.
