Terms of Service

1. The $29 GBP Checkup

This is a one-time report based on publicly available information about your Google Business Profile, delivered the same day you order it. It's a diagnosis: a grade and a list of fixes. It is not a guarantee of higher rankings, more clients, or more revenue.

2. The $99/month plan: billing and cancellation

• $99 per month, billed automatically every month until you cancel.
• If you start the plan within 72 hours of buying the $29 checkup, the $29 is credited to your first month. The credit applies once. The credited first month counts as a paid month for the Results Guarantee.
• No minimum commitment. Cancel anytime.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. You won't be charged again after that, and you keep the service through the end of the month you already paid for.
• No refund for a month once we've started work on it (see our Refund Policy).

3. Results Guarantee ($99/month plan only)

• Version. The Results Guarantee that applies to you is the version in effect on the date your plan starts.
• Measured area. The 9 grid points made up of the point at your business's address and the 8 points surrounding it, for one primary search keyword we agree with you at signup.
• Baseline. The average of two scans taken 3 to 7 days apart at signup.
• Month-3 measurement. The average of two scans taken 3 to 7 days apart at the end of your third paid month.
• If your business does not appear in one of the two scans, that scan counts as position 21. This applies to the baseline and to the month-3 measurement.
• The target is met if EITHER:
  • (a) the position at your business's address improves by at least 5 positions, OR
  • (b) the number of the 9 points where your business ranks in the top 10 increases by at least 2.
• If your business does not appear in either of the two baseline scans at its own address, target (a) is met when it appears in the top 20 at its address.
• If your business already ranks in the top 10 at 8 or 9 of the 9 points at baseline, the target is to still rank in the top 10 at 8 or more of them.
• If the target is missed, we provide up to 6 additional months of the service at no charge. The free period ends as soon as the target is met. This is the only remedy; no refund is given.
• What you need to do for this guarantee to apply:
  • Stay subscribed for 3 consecutive paid months.
  • Send us new photos at least once a month.
  • Keep the review-request system we set up for you switched on.
  • Approve or respond to any profile changes we request within 3 business days.
  • These conditions continue to apply during the free months. If they lapse, the free period ends.
• What voids the guarantee:
  • Your Google profile is suspended or loses verification because of changes you made to it.
  • You relocate the business.
  • You change the business's name.
• This guarantee applies once per client.

4. General

• See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
• Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to these services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.
• We don't control, and can't guarantee, Google's own decisions: profile verification, suspensions, or how Google ranks you, except as specifically described in the Results Guarantee above.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Changes don't affect a month you've already paid for.
