These terms apply when you book an appointment or send a message through this booking page. By using it, you agree to the points below.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you complete the booking steps and receive a confirmation. Please provide accurate contact details so the salon can reach you about your appointment.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as you can using the links in your confirmation, or by contacting the salon. The salon's cancellation policy is shown on the Salon Policy page and applies to your booking.

No-shows

Missing an appointment without notice may be subject to the salon's no-show policy.

Right to refuse service

The salon may decline or cancel a booking at its discretion. For example, if a requested service is unavailable or the booking details are incomplete.

Limitation of liability

This booking page is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, neither the salon nor ChairAutopilot is responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the booking page. Your appointment itself is provided by the salon.
