This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use this booking page, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the online booking experience provided through ChairAutopilot on behalf of this salon.

Information we collect

When you book an appointment we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and the appointment details you choose (service, staff member, date, and time). If you send a message through the Contact page, we also collect that message.

How we use it

Your information is used to schedule and manage your appointment, to send you booking confirmations and appointment reminders, and to respond to enquiries you send us. We use it only to provide the booking service you asked for.

Sharing

Your information is shared with the salon you are booking with so they can provide your appointment. It is not sold or rented to third parties.

Anonymous page activity

Separately from the booking details above, this page records how it is used: which steps you reach, how long a step takes, whether a form field was rejected, and whether a booking was completed. This is kept apart from your booking details and is not used to identify you.

A random session identifier is held in your browser tab so these steps can be joined into one visit. It is not a cookie, it is erased when you close the tab, and it cannot be used to recognise you on a later visit or on any other site. Your browser and operating system family are recorded, for example Safari on iOS. Your IP address is not stored.

No names, phone numbers, email addresses, or anything you type into a field are recorded by this activity data. If a field is rejected we record only which field it was, never its contents.

Virtual Try-On image processing

If you use Virtual Try-On, the photo you provide is sent to our AI image provider solely to generate your style preview. ChairAutopilot does not store your photo on its own servers. The provider processes, and may retain, the uploaded image under its own data-retention policy.
