By using this platform - whether as a salon owner or as a client booking an appointment - you agree to these Terms of Service.

ChairAutopilot is an online appointment booking platform for salons. It enables clients to book appointments and salon owners to manage their availability and bookings. ChairAutopilot is a software service - we do not employ stylists, provide salon services, or take responsibility for services performed by any salon on this platform.

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChairAutopilot and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform; loss of bookings, revenue, or client relationships; the actions of any salon on the platform; or any dispute between a salon and its clients.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by the salon owner in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Cancellation and Termination

Salon owners may cancel at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in abusive activity, or has been inactive for an extended period.

7. Intellectual Property

The ChairAutopilot platform, design, code, and branding are owned by ChairAutopilot and its operators. Salon owners retain ownership of their salon data and client data. You grant us a limited license to use that data solely to operate the platform on your behalf.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
