If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled if you arrive significantly late, to respect other clients' scheduled times.
Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be required to pay a no-show fee before future appointments can be booked.
Services are non-refundable once completed. If a deposit is required for your booking, it will be noted at the time of scheduling. Deposits are credited toward the cost of your service.
Children and additional guests are welcome. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring guests so we can make sure everyone is comfortable.
