Information we collect

When you book an appointment we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and the appointment details you choose (service, staff member, date, and time). If you send a message through the Contact page, we also collect that message.

How we use it

Your information is used to schedule and manage your appointment, to send you booking confirmations and appointment reminders, and to respond to enquiries you send us. We use it only to provide the booking service you asked for.

Sharing

Your information is shared with the salon you are booking with so they can provide your appointment. It is not sold or rented to third parties.

Virtual Try-On image processing

If you use Virtual Try-On, the photo you provide is sent to our AI image provider solely to generate your style preview. ChairAutopilot does not store your photo on its own servers. The provider processes, and may retain, the uploaded image under its own data-retention policy.
